ATTENTION: Do No Harm!!!

Due to the recent national and global coronavirus outbreak, we will be closing our office for the next 2 weeks. We will not be performing any elective hip and/or knee replacement procedures during this time period as the Surgeon General has firmly recommended cancelling ALL elective cases, including hip and knee replacement cases.

We fully understand how frustrating this may be for everyone involved, but in order to help control the inevitable spread of this virus, it is important to be responsible healthcare providers and temporarily postpone our elective procedures.

We will still have someone at our office answering phone calls during normal business hours: Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm during this time frame. We will however be available for more emergent patient visits with confirmed appointments.

If you are an existing patient, particularly in the post-operative period, our providers will be reaching out to you personally to discuss any concerns or needs you may have.

Please do not hesitate to call our office at 814.333.7109 to discuss any needs you may have during normal business hours, and if it is after hours, please call our 24/7 Emergency Patient Hotline at 814.333.5321.

Thanks for your understanding and please stay safe and healthy and follow the recommendations of the CDC and Department of Health with regards to hand washing and social distancing/isolation so that we can flatten the curve and get back to normal quickly.

This was a decision that was very difficult for me to make, and was not influenced or mandated by any hospital but made by myself, and my team at Whole Health. I am 100% confident that it is the absolute best decision and is the most responsible decision to keep everyone safe. I really hope that others will follow my lead with this recommendation and necessary measure to help contain this dangerous virus.

Please remember, we here at Whole Health are here to take excellent care of our patients and our community.

Primum Non Nocere: Latin for...Do No Harm!
